Provincial AVA and Volleyball Canada Registration fees are non-refundable.

Amounts cover the ENTRY FEE only. Travel costs will be collected by the
team manager during the season.

The National Fees for the 15U-18U
athletes will be added back for the 2013 season, so the fees for the 2013 season
will be higher by about $85 for the older age groups. If a team decides to
attend the 2012 National tournament the team manager for that team will collect
any required fees from the players of the team to cover the entry fee (and
travel costs). All the 2012 Nationals are held in Toronto. The 2013-2015
Nationals will be held in Calgary and Vancouver.

Families
with 2 children registering in the club receive a 10% discount.
Families with 3 children registering in the club receive a 20% discount.

Additional fees will depend on how many tournaments each team attends. These fees will cover tournament entry fees, hotels, travel, and coaching expenses.

EKVC Membership covers all equipment and ball purchases and provides various discounts at Avalanche games etc.

The Administration fee covers the stipend for the EKVC administrator and Treasurer as well as office supplies, stationary, postage, etc.

The EKVC scholarship fee goes towards an annual scholarship given to male and female EKVC
athletes who are playing at a post-secondary institution.

Refunds of fees other than the
NON-REFUNDABLE Provincial AVA
and Volleyball Canada Registration fees are dependent on the date of
withdrawing from the club and the activities participated in up to the
withdrawl date.
