EKVC 2010 Board of Directors
The powers of the Directors shall include the authority to make such rules and
regulations, as they deem necessary in their absolute discretion to facilitate
the functioning of the Society. And the promotion of its purposes, and such
rules and regulations shall be binding on the Members and on all participants in
the programs of the Society.
